Cons

Overly competitive teams packed with high performers leads to slow career growth. This is a real problem that can slow your career growth when promotions are limited to 10-15% or so of a team, for example. 3 C-Suite level employees have recently left. Leadership direction for company is not clear. Stock performance has been slowly declining since 2019.
