- Pay package that is hard to beat which naturally draws talented people - Employees are encouraged to think outside the box - Work never gets dull, it's in fact exciting and motivating - Remarkably relaxing environment with little pressure, even though we are all busy and work hard - People are genuinely supportive of each other
Cons
- Company could do a better job of making job seekers be aware of how great this company really is - False perception that the business is slowing; instead of being a one trick pony, it has successfully diversified its portfolio
