Great campus, gym. Opportunity to help make the dominant virtualization product better. Work with many brilliant people, some of whom have been there since the early days.

Cons

Large conglomerate. Dozens of products makes it difficult for the company to maintain focus and set priorties. Difficult for engineers to acquire sufficient hardware for large-scale testing.
