Pros

-Great community (and great friends ) -Benefit -Good badge in you CV.

Cons

Too many -No carrer progression ( you need to have the right "network" ) -Insane workload, you are just a number, your job is to close more cases as possibile, no not matter how. -Unprofessional managers, they only try to dodge problems. -If you apply for an internal position, there is a high probability that no one will contact you and, in case of an interview, do not expect a feedback (even in case of positive feedback they can remove your application without any explaination) -If you already have a high technical background, a job here is only a step back in your career.
