Pros

Great training programs for new hires. Great learning experience working with the leading virtualization technologies and everything that is related - enterprise storage and networking environments and systems management.

Cons

Technical support engineers are now paid hourly rates and do not have any performance-related bonuses. The message from this change is clear - the company does not care about you, you are easily replaceable.

Pros

Coworkers and direct managers are excellent to be around. They try to help as much as possible to make it a fun and enjoyable atmosphere to help offset the stress inherent in working technical support.

Cons

Support is withering due to lack of resources and training. Management directions are moving more towards bottom line and numbers rather than fostering growing the staff that care into experienced experts.
