Pros

- Transparency - Career Growth - Leadership Team really want to know your inputs - Salary is one of the best in market - Technology (Virtualization) is best in class

Cons

- Too Hectic schedules but that is one thing you would find in every product based / startup companies - Work Life Balance - Promotions take long time

Pros

Good work/life balance - they try to force as many cases at you as possible but if you are able to cope it's not a bad place to work.

Cons

Money is not great. They expect you to learn very quickly and training was very poor. When I arrived it was much better than when I left, it really deteriorated.
