Pros

The best part of coming to work is the coworkers, most are great. Perks have lessened significantly over the years, but are still better than other places.

Cons

Dont expect to get your foot in the door in a low position and work up, unless you are extremely well liked it wont happen. Raises are tiny if at all.

Pros

Lot to learn about technology , you get to work on the entire infrastructure. Its not just a server admin role that you would be performing.

Cons

Technology part is good , but the management has policies which are not working for Engineers.
