Pros
Benefits like time off, trailing/tuition reimbursement(after 1-year of employment), flexible work location options since covid, plenty of time off including random extra days or even weeks off that don't use regular PTO. Management, I think they train them to manage employees in a certain way that makes for a great work atmosphere, they are more helpful and respectful than managers at other companies. Career growth opportunities for those who put in the effort. Good company culture, and some of the best coworkers I've worked with.
Cons
Like most companies, they keep Technical Support roles just barely staffed to get the work done. We have enough workload to take 40-45 hours per week most of the time. That is the major con for most people and can be fairly stressful at the busiest of times. More recently they said we fall under the Fed Executive Order vaccine mandate, and ALL employees must be fully vaccinated by January 18th or could lose their job, so may not be a good place to work if you don't want the shot.
