Decent Pay, Hours, Benefits, Supplied drinks & snacks with healthy choices available.

Cons

Call Center Environment, Had to get permission to use the restroom, Don't ask escalation manger if your stuck on an issue, you have to google it, ask your peers who are in the same boat or fake it the best you can, which makes this a high stress position.

Insurance and yearly bonus (for Full time employees only)

Cons

Permanently understaffed department with high employee turnover. Low-wage, short learning curve, poor training and support from leads. Meeting metrics is punishable with additional workload. Non-existing workforce management and workload allocation. Be prepared to work unpaid extra hours every week, or face disciplinary actions.
