Pros

Culture is great here, everyone is always willing to help and the main reason why people stay at the company.

Cons

There are no rewards for harder than other people, infact you are "rewarded" with more work for completing your work. Opportunity for movement upward is extremely difficult. Management has plenty of opportunity for growth but I have seen no such plan for TSEs.
