      Pros

      - Good onboarding process. - Knowledgeable and friendly staff. - Long standing product. - Benefits package. - Team meetings - Great support for personal learning.

      Cons

      - Takeover has not been a good thing. - Upper management completely separated from the company. - Loss of focus. - Saluary is much lower than equivalent companies. - No longer the small, fun startup it used to be. - No communication from management around product roadmaps. - No job structure, you'll find yourself doing a lot of tasks which are outside of what you'd expect.

      Cons

      Remote workers are considered contractors and have no access to the HR system. HR process is not clear.

      Pros

      Simple product on SMB and Commercial level

      Cons

      Micro- managment, difficult culture and always showing ego personality on the middle mangement level which is killing your passion. Managers doesn’t listen to the team and some times become nervous and blaming each other. Low salaries and complex commission matrix in comparison to backup data protection market. Veeam products are not enterprise ready and this is reflected to the support too as they do not have any experience with enterprise infrastructure\engagements.
