- 100% remote. - Extremely good salary for Spanish standards. - A cutting edge and leader company in its sector. - The technologies you will be dealing with.

Cons

- Too much pressure during training. - The mentor I had was the cousin of Artillery Sargent Hartman. - Too many technical interviews up on every training that was completed. It means, one technical interview a week during. - 3 technical tests. - I ended up leaving the company after two months by my own foot caused by the stress.

Cons

Salary (OTE) is below average High turnover - fired quite some folk in 2020 but takes them now a long time to fill too many open slots (esp. SEs) Platform is still not complete enough for global enterprises Micromanagement is widespread
