- It is a great backup software that keeps innovating to maintain the pace with the digital transformation. - Excelent teammates.

Cons

- No one in LATAM is hired directly by Veeam. It is an outsourcing company that cannot give you any letter/document to confirm the relationship with Veeam Software. - No HR department in LATAM = promises that never come, poor benefits compared to other international IT companies. - Top managers prefer to bring people from outside rather than give the opportunity to internal employees. - Nepotism: new hires and support based on relationships rather than skills.
