      Pros

      good salary competitive to other companies work life balance allows to work only during the shift without overtime medical insurance for the whole family

      Cons

      a lot of stress on work not possible to develop your skills bad management no additional education office in the bad location

      Pros

      Great teammates. Lots of training given that it makes it easier to catch up even if you have less sales experience.

      Cons

      Ridiculous metrics. Unnecessary checkpoints just to confirms you as a full time staff. Managers can’t seem to provide a clear detail on the bonus and compensation plan. Low starting salary even when you have 5 years of working experience.
