Pros

Interesting product. Convenient location. Friendly and inclusive staff. Good policies and corporate culture. No shifts work (9 to 5 Monday - Friday)

Cons

Hectic workload, understaffed team to deal with a large volume of issues. Long after hours required to meet the response policy obligations, thus suitable for a single person neither with family nor social commitments. On the surface, Veeam appears to be a good place to work for, unfortunately, support seems to be struggling (hence suffering from staff retention)
