Pros

- good product - market leader - famous company

Cons

- discriminatory policies against employees of a certain nationality (if you know, you know) - the majority of people who made Veeam "the Veeam" don't work there anymore - absolutely and totally unprofessional new management - unrealistic sales targets - no opportunities for a career growth

Pros

pretty flexible working time innovation autonomy

Cons

• Poor management decisions: constat change of company strategy • Individual realization not important: wiping off entire teams that were over performing in very recent time • Individual performance is not a criteria for being laid off or not. • Micromanagement: over-control • Poor management decisions: regional split, not based on accounts • Micromanagement: too much focus on useless KPIs • Poor management decisions: too many limitations on business trips • Micromanagement: mandatory office days for inside sales • Micromanagement: Too much inexplicable pressure • Micromanagement: Toxic environment by putting at fight people in same team and giving the credit to the losing individual purely based on personal appreciation.

Pros

A part of them paying on time it's really hard for me to think of anything else as a positive. Except I am glad NOT to be part of that organization anymore.

Cons

Based on the latest reviews by former TSEs it looks like the VEEM management still didn't learn its lessons. Let's start with Training: The know-how at least in 2021 was still based in ST Petersburg Russia. All the training was provided by Russian tech staff. (outside our local time zone) Workload: Cases were almost forcefully fed onto TSEs, thus ending up with SRs out of our depth and working late past the shift hours ( so SLOs are met) It only took me 5 months to figure out what organization/culture I was dealing with and submitted my resignation - one of the most uplifting feelings - no regrets!
