Base salary is good compared to some mid-tier companies. But this is changing too. They are also introducing variable now. The variable part will be totally based on how your repo is with ur manager and not on any technical aspect.

Cons

1. Officially documented PIP culture 2. No job security. 3. Too much micro-management. 4. You will have to butter your manager throughout the day. 5. Negligible technical expertise in any domain. People will do what they like and not what's best available.

-good salary, remote culture, outstanding interview process (HR are really awesome people).

Cons

- weekend shifts that can sometimes occur, but good things is that it is not night shift, but classical 9-5 PM.

Huge growth opportunities, nearly unlimited resources, excellent benefits and pay, flexible hours, and down-to-earth management (almost). C-suite management listens to employees if concerns are raised. Each person has a strict role with a pinch of flexibility, which allows for development in concurrent areas.

Cons

For companies of this size, there is quite a big bureaucratic overhead in the case of new initiatives, which leads to slow idea implementation.
