lexible working hours Amazing benefits (30 lei/day meal tickets, benefit platform -5-- lei, excellent medical coverage, parties) Great work environment if you are not under Russian managers

Cons

Handled very poorly the collective lay-offs at the end of March without giving the employees any notice or offer them the possibility to look for an internal job.
