Not bad for enterprise

Pros

1. Listen to employees, you can feel then your opinion matters not only in speeches. 2. Looks like there is enough complience marketing for ones for whom it matters and on the same side - it's possible to manage this corporate spam. In some other companies there are tonns of emails with branding, complience, culture and other kind of corporate spam along with useless meetings. Here - trainings every year + several emails per month which you can handle with mail rules. 3. You can grow. No, seriosly, here enough of routines, of course, but there are a lot of challenges for any level of your hard skills. And cool professionals from whom you can learn. 4. Flexibility and freedom in your schedule, place to work and used tools. Offices are great! Workstations are really powerful, with approve of linear manager you can get almost any monitor, keyboard, mice, chair, table etc.

Cons

1. It's stil an enterprise, so you will be a part of something really big with it prons and cons, and it's almost imposible to meet everyone in company and you shake hands with CEO every day as you, probably get used to in a startup. 2. Numbers of legacy projects, so you can touch .NET6 only in 2023, but there some new projects where they use "cutting edge" tech.
