Great Product - Started as a great company to work for, not so much anymore.

Lots of opportunity for advancement after one year in role, great benefits, and 401k options, great launching pad to get into the industry.

Cons

The culture has completely shifted to what it once was when I started there. The leadership is currently bringing in their buddies who they worked with at previous companies and is making decisions based on the dollar, not on the success of their employees.
