Pros
Nice office and great local colleagues. Standard benefits for the industry, but at least for some departments they do allow quite flexible times.
Cons
You get micromanaged to the extreme. Not enough people hired for the amount of work. And the colleagues form the company's main office act like they are the boss. Every single one. There's very little internal promotion, as they prefer to hire managers directly, but with no skills of people management. So the stress levels are super high.
