Freedom to manage your own calendar, very good products that "sell themselves", nice colleagues (but always too few with many open headcounts, this can affect your sales numbers as they are always set for a full team), extremely good R&D (that are open for communication both by end users, resellers and SE's) and strongest internal marketing department in the industry.
