Veeam is a place where you are treated as a mature employee- there is no hand holding or micromanagement and you are encouraged to excel. Our product is seen as one of the best on the market, and this is backed up with big names on our client list and strong year on year growth, and retention of clients You can come in and make a real difference as an SME- if we don't have answers or solutions then we are open to finding them, and you can help drive that

Cons

Support functions need to mature- this is probably down to the focus on Sales, however this is improving and changing. This could be frustrating to some people coming from organisations where everything is in place Some senior managers need to adapt and evolve to 2020- we are no longer the Veeam company from circa 2010-2015 Communication isn't always prompt and clear As we are still growing and quite a flat organisation, career development to move upwards/sideways is limited. This will no doubt change as we grow further
