Great, fast moving company, slowly becoming a global enterprise!

Globally a great company with a good vision when it comes to building solid & Reliable technology solutions for the masses. (Internal saying "It just works"). The company culture is good, and after a recent acquisition by a venture capital firm with huge scale and growth plans, Veeam is going through a rapid maturity process from the start up'y beginnings it grew from.. UKI sales organisation is growing, dynamic, friendly. Management team is fairly new in the UKI but are all aligned so everyone's pulling in the same direction. HUGE potential & Upside in UK business. If you are joining Veeam UKI in a sales or a presales capacity and have the can do attitude, the only way is UP!
Cons
Not very many negatives or Cons in my experience yet. Guess the process of maturing to become a global enterprise may introduce new processes, checks and balances over the next 2-4 years which may not be to the liking of some of the old stalwarts.
