Pros

Veeam has a great product that is certainly penetrating the market. The inbound leads and interest provides constant activity above and beyond what you may be prospecting for specifically. The work environment is high energy and positive. There is room for growth if you work hard and perform well.

Cons

Compensation is not in line with industry standards. Some teams/managers can be micromanaged and more focused on the number of calls/emails than the business that's being closed.

Best team you could ever dream of. Smart energetic proactive people. Working in an environment like this makes you want to accomplish more. This is a true TEAM - collaboration is very close and effective within the team.

Cons

Company is growing and sometimes projects get lost in rounds of approvals. If you are patient enough to manage that - there are no other downsides.
