Descent salary for junior, Nice office mood, target possible to achieve, good Presidents Club, good kick of, very good product (no competition)

Cons

Low salary for senior, management in Russia don't know anything about sales or management, they are all driven by excel file and KPI, they prefer good KPI than a good achievement (unbelievable true story), low level sales training.

Great techology and road map. Team has young vibrant energy. Everyone sells including the marketing engine and presales. Great starting point for juniors.

Cons

Below average remuneration, lack of leadership, career prospects are limited. Internal politics plays too much of a role within the business.
