      there is a lot of favortism, and there isn't a clear recognition of talent. not a clear understanding of what or who is doing the work .

      You do get a good Technical background and if you can survive the metrics you can obtain good outbound calling skills.

      Cons

      You can start to feel like you work to make money for the field, even the managers won't deny that the field is doing little and making money and going to club on the backs of the inside. Open hostility between the two groups.
