Hard working employees with good work ethic are rewarded. Great growth opportunity. A lot of events, and relaxing atmosphere. To work for this company is a lot of fun, if you know your job you will earn great money.

Cons

Honestly I cannot think of any serious disadvantages.

- The people who get on board are amazing. The corporate culture is exceptionally democratic and supportive. The company is virtually free of conflicts; - The management allows for a lot of freedom and accepts new ideas;

Cons

- Jobs are too narrow and sometimes down to routine. Generalists might have troubles to raise heads and see the big picture - The company is growing faster than its staff, the work is extensive and leads to extra hours.

It's pretty technical, sometimes hard to grasp for us dumb sales people :-) We have LOFTY goals, and with that comes pressure Some people aren't eligible for all the spiffs and benefits Wish we had more vacation with seniority
