Usually I am a very positive person and I find the pros in the worst stuff, but in the case of this company, I literally can find nothing, especially after all good people left and now only the ones who cannot find other opportunities are stuck there

The managing director in Bucharest office. He literally hires based on race, and he does not hide it. It was said to my face straightforward, and the worst when I tried to reach to someone higher than him, he did not reply. So you can imagine what environment is there...
