      Salary and remuneration above average

      Cons

      This company uses performance improvement plans (PIP) to get rid of people they don’t like, and HR doesn’t support employees in these situations. Reasons listed as “areas of improvement” were very personal and unprofessional, nothing to do with performance and results. Over the years you would see colleagues disappearing mysteriously sometimes with no notice. Even people in higher positions are not spared from this firing practice.

We are also very invested in Veeam Grows - an initiative to encourage our employees to utilize internal and external resources like the Global Days of Learning to further their careers.       Great compnay except some individuals make it toxic

      Pros

      ME team was one of the best team but 6 months back but some changes in leadership in channel has made the channel team into a micromanagement team and people are leaving one by one and the HR has not taken any action even after many member of the team leaving. The toxic environment will cost few more people to leave this month. Hope company HR acts responsible.

      Micro management. Race and ethnicity given preference. Discrimination at work based on passport
