      Free food and clothes.Great coworkers

      Cons

      Management is quite awful and shows complete favoritism. If you’re not a certain senior manager who use to be a rep (and cried their last way into management)or in their favorites give up.If they like you ,they’re on a faster track then you and ride her coattail to the top, because they get promoted consistently for not doing anything.

      - Benefits - Flexibility - Some of the people

      Cons

      - Salary not competitive, it’s why 90% of the people leave. - If you’re promoted from within they’ll give you all the reasons why you deserve the title but not the salary. - Politics, politics, politics - upper management picks favorites and if you’re not sucking up to them they don’t care for you. - The people who are worthless/almost lose partners/rely on everyone else to do their work skate by. - Lose amazing employees daily. - No room for real growth. - No upper management communication to employees who are doing the ground work. - Set you up for failure with new year planning. - HR is very uneducated. Bring them facts and they’ll tell you you’re wrong. - Negative vibes from a lot of upper management so people are constantly complaining they want out. - Overall very toxic place to be.

      management who demand activity over closing micromanagement with no sense Bully management that take over in the last 2 years its only a matter of time until Veeam will join to the #Veeamtoo club.
