Pros

- Good Autonomy - Great Exposure to clients and travel. - Good immediate team. - Everybody is passionate and committed in situations that can be trying at times.

Cons

- Working outside the head office or not being french feels like you are not important - Very little training and support - Business processes are not rigourous or enforced. - Managers often involved heavily in the business function and do not have time to "manage"

Cons

As for most large corporations, occasional organizational issues (Again? A new PowerPoint Template?...). Depending on country, easier to move laterally in organization then to go up.
