Flexibility in the work place with regards to medical appointmnts etc

Cons

Change to working structure without prior consultation/buy in/agreement. there is a High Pressure feel to the role, and a feeling of constant conflict sometimes insufficient support to perform your role Environment of bullying. Not everyone will manage the "Banter"
