      Pros

      You can say you aren't unemployed. You get a lot of time off as their work is seasonal. Busy in fall, winter, and early spring.

      Cons

      Equipment will not pass a DOT inspection. Company refuses to repair equipment. Company is losing market share because of the condition of their equipment; customers are tired of old leaky equipment constantly breaking down while they are paying for a job to be run.
