      Pros

      A lot of opportunity. The organization needs a lot of work. For someone who is younger in their career, this is a great place to cut your teeth.

      Cons

      This place used to be a good place to work. Work life balance is lacking. Management is very critical of your work product. No tolerance now for anything that questions the status quo. No communication from senior leadership regarding direction.
