      Steady work, ability to learn new machines, earn small bumps with learning

      Cons

      OT is slim to none recently, have to be like by other shift supervisor to get overtime on opposite shift.

      Great culture DE&I friendly Grows from within Management in my experience has been great

      Cons

      Demanding - they ask alot, fair though. But still highly demanding. Pace of change is intense Salaries could be better but same most other places I suppose
