      Pros

      I appreciate that everyone is being very hospitable and friendly and welcomed me into part of the team. I feel I have been able to approach people with questions and been supported by colleagues.

      Cons

      There has been a lot of information given to me in a very short space of time which has been challenging to process and allow sufficient time to digest the information.

      it has been a year now since I moved from my previous role where I was there for 25 years. This has gone quick and learnt a lot and still to learn more and working with great people.
