      Good implementation of software for managing all aspects of the projects, clearly defined process for defining professional growth and process for review

      Cons

      Lack of support re: equipment/vehicles make it so you have to expend way too much time and energy on coordinating vehicles and personnel instead of ensuring work can be done properly
