The company is in a great industry for making a difference - the opportunity draws many talented people

Cons

The company is unstable and treats some of their employees very poorly - there are some very good people in the company and working with them makes a great experience but there are a lot more who are not out for anyone but themselves and that kind of thing is rewarded by upper management. Inclusion and diversity are treated as a PR box to be checked by upper management.

Good benefits, great location, "potential" to progress

Cons

Despite recent senior management changes, its still a bit of a "boys club". Your face needs to fit and some senior staff wait for "people to fail" rather then train or help.
