      Decent but disheartening

      Pros

      Decent pay. An educational foot in the industry. Some say the least bad environmental company. The first couple promotions go quick and there is vertical movement if you're willing to move.

      Cons

      Long hours. Unpredictable. They run a skeleton crew so everyone is wearing more than one hat. Communication internally and with our clients is terrible, but considered normal. Training could be better.

      the people are all friendly, close to home, hours normal and overtime almost always optionally available.

      Cons

      salary low, production output monitored always work waiting to be done so you work all the time but its not stressed .
