      good benefits at a reasonable price, annual bonuses

      Cons

      Management are a bunch of old white guys; while filling their company with young, diverse individuals they are still operating as a "good ol' boys" network. Everything is a big secret, even among departmental teams. If you are adept at sucking up to the right managers you can get ahead in this company. Don't expect that your skills and solid work performance will do anything for you. Shady stuff going on at all levels so watch your back!

      Employees in the field are fantastic. They are knowledgeable and friendly and care about doing a good job.

      Cons

      Corporate management is clueless and either has no idea or chooses to ignore what is really happening which negatively impacts corporate employees and employees in the field.
