      Good benefits, competitive pay, work / life balance is great, good learning culture

      Cons

      Management are an actual disgrace. If you disagree with a Manager, you are shouted down. You are not encouraged to have your own mind or an opinion. Favouritism and special treatment of employees related to manager is also a large problem

      Pros

      I worked with some great people at the local office. Benefits were mostly good but kept the out-of-pocket kept getting more expensive.

      Cons

      The biggest con is the senior management team. They’re chauvinistic micro managers who have no regard for women in management. Same rules don’t apply to them. President of the company was arrested for drunk driving with no consequences; any other employee would have been terminated. This current management team has no clue what they’re doing and are running the North America business in the ground. They do not value their employees and the employee turnover rate is ridiculous. They will lie to your face and then close your office putting lots of people without a job with no regard at all for them. Matter of fact they just pretend you don’t even exist after announcing you don’t have a job!
