      Salary, ability to learn by way of fire.

      Cons

      Woman beware there are some very bad characters! Organization needs a major overhaul of upper Management. Very poor hiring practices, lack of concern for safety, chaos due to unqualified staff. Profit is the only goal, not sustainable.

      Good pay. Opportunities to travel to various places.

      Cons

      Company is entirely too large with upper management completely out of touch with what happens in the field. Company is also in a constant state of flux with no direction. Work environment can become very toxic with constant rumor mill.
