Not your standard industry Customer interactions keep it fresh Benefits are pretty sound Large company and the US is considered a growth area

Cons

Inability to change current processes Technology is lagging severely behind current competitor capabilities. Technology is imbedded in the 1990's and continues to be patchwork No growth in certain areas.

Well known brand. Relaxed culture. Pay is ok

Cons

Stop wasting staff's time on performance review if you can't allow them to grow by transferring inter company. As far I know not a single employee from Energy division was ever given opportunity in other divisions. At least not me, I applied 3 times but no success.
