      Pros

      Collaborative co-workers, focus on safety. Was a great company prior to the current North American (NA) CEO taking over.

      Cons

      The current NA CEO is a hinderance to success. Very dictatorial style and has unrealistic expectations of those in senior management. Rather than surround himself with diverse others, he's surrounded himself with his cronies from the legcy Energy division. He is not open to others' feedback and is a 'my way or the highway' type manager. Very sad.

      Great canteen subsidized hot food, new offices

      Cons

      Does not have work life balance or as promoted in interview flexi time is not given. Management have incorrect attitude towards staff not a peoples person environment. Management have no back bone to stand up to what is right or wrong - bully environment where people in authority bury there heads. Work together with other offices instead of against them - especially head office!!
