      It's more than the garbage that stinks at Veolia

      Pros

      Some of the staff are great to work with, others, particularly management, are not.

      Cons

      General Managers and higher ups only interested in EBIT. Staff are worked to death and often let go no notice. HR department is a joke.

      Work was challenging and rewarding. Of course compensation was commensurate. Management is guided by a quality management system.

      Cons

      Politics within the staff ranks is damaging work systems and human resource management. The management should out this aside and focus on objectivity and productivity.
