      Pros

      Fun and easy going co-workers. Safety culture.

      Cons

      Cutting overtime while millions spent on unfinished projects. Empty promises. Promoted without increase in pay or title. Team moral in the crapper. Vintage equipment constantly breaks down.

      I had a really good interview for this position and waw advised I w0uld get a call the following week to advise if I got the job but no one else phobed

      Good int but no follow up..I was very qualified for this job.

      Pros

      Good people, global opportunities, major transformation has concluded so perhaps the fruits of all the changes will be forthcoming soon.

      Cons

      Ongoing restructuring and revolving door of leaders in North America make it a difficult environment to succeed in. Yes, change is the one constant in business, but there needs to be some level of consistency in goals for employees to understand how they're contributing. No diversity at the senior levels at all.
