Good people, competitive pay. Lower level management is very supportive and tries their best to help employees grow professionally. Many opportunities to work in different regions if you want to travel.

Cons

The company has been tightening the belt a lot lately. Raises have been delayed, some of the perks have disappeared, vacation policy isn't great.

Nice people as bosses and coworkers in same position as you. Non contract to save money.

Cons

Horrible pay. Hauling trash 22 bucks an hour. Hauling humans 9.00 bucks top out at 15.00 lol

Pros

Good people that want to help you out and they always have work to do especially in the Boston area. Gives you a good exposure to basic EHS work and a solid foundation in hazardous waste if you are at an onsite.

Cons

Not much room for movement and the daily tasks are super repetitive. Big raises only come from completing an on the job training book which can take some time.
