Pros
Can be flexible but they change their minds on that frequently. Money is ok. A lot of the people are still good to work with but they are flooding out of the door, struggling to hire replacements due to bad reputation in the market.
Cons
This used to be such a good place to work in the Symantec days. Lots of collaboration and a really pleasant atmosphere and culture. That has all gone out of the window. Highly political and ‘throw in front of the bus’ culture. Lots of back stabbing and manoeuvring. To be honest everyone is just waiting to be laid off (this is happening regularly so everyone will be impacted eventually). VC ownership means minimal investment in employees and a constant drive to cut all costs (no bonuses, redundancies regularly, office closures). Shaping up to be sold and it can’t happen soon enough.
