      Employees work hard as a team, takes pride in the work they do.

      Cons

      Management team is poor at decision-making. Changes their mind often and then blames staff for their poor decisions. No credit given to staff who work long, late hours because the management team leaves at 4 pm.

      work-life balance, good salary and nothing else.

      Cons

      1) No new learning, 2) Every quarter organisational change. Due to this, Employee always has the fear of losing job. 3) Middle level managers do not have any clue, whats going on in the company.
